5. When will my order ship out? How long will it take to get my order?

Because we try to offer the freshest inventory in the industry, items are often shipped straight to customers from the factory. Within 1 business day of receiving an order, we will contact our partners to get the item en route. Most orders are shipped out a day or two after being placed, some as little as a few hours after. When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking code so you can see when it’s expected to arrive. Anytime you want to check on the status, you can feel free to reach out to our team my email or phone.

6. I haven’t received my order – how do I check the status?

Remember, it can take up to a few weeks to receive your shipment. When you placed your order, an email was sent to the address you entered during checkout. Once shipped, you'll receive a separate email with the tracking number. If you need any updates on the location of your package, please refer to the tracking number that was sent to you. Our representatives only have access to the same information you do with these updates. You can also contact the carrier directly.
If your package is lost or missing, you'll need to contact the carrier directly to launch an investigation. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

We charge New Mexico sales tax to New Mexico residents. Transactions shipped outside of New Mexico are tax-free.

At this time all orders must be placed through our website. If you experience any problems please call us and we’ll resolve the issue ASAP.

Refund & Exchange policy

If you're unhappy for any reason and would like to return your order for a refund, you must notify us via email and phone about your return. A sales representative will provide a return mailing address. We do not provide a return label. We'll also provide return instructions. The return location and address will vary depending on where the item was shipped from. DO NOT SHIP A RETURN WITHOUT GETTING OUR APPROVAL FIRST AND DIRECTIONS ON WHERE TO SEND.
Once your item is received in good condition, you will receive full refund minus a 25% restock fee and shipping and handling.
Please allow 5-­7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed.
