Frame Glue

Great pieces of art deserve to be framed. A frame enables an artwork to stand out and protects it against damage at the same time. In addition to this, mounting hardware, such as nails, can be fastened onto a frame without damaging the artwork itself. This makes it easy to hang illustrations, photos, diplomas, and certificates on walls, where they are meant to be placed. In order to create sturdy frames that will last a long time, use frame glue to bond the pieces together. Frame glue, glue accelerators, and glue kits are available for order here on Engineer Warehouse. Glue kits contain both the 25-gram frame glue and the 50-milliliter glue accelerator. A bottle of frame glue can be used to glue up to 50 frames, whereas a bottle of glue accelerator can be used on 500 frames. To bond the pieces of a frame together, only a small amount of frame glue and an overnight cure time are needed. For a faster gluing process, spray a glue accelerator onto the other side of the molding before pressing the joint together. This can instantly create a strong bond after 10 seconds of curing.
